Required Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as scanning and moving files using trolleys
- Good communication skills for email correspondence and reception duties
- Basic proficiency with office equipment including printers, scanners, and phones
- Capacity to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience working in a legal or government setting
- Experience with document management systems or legal software
- Customer service experience with reception or administrative support roles
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or clerical experience, ideally within a government or legal environment
Other Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a six-month full-time position
- Willingness to work on-site
- Physical capability for moving files and operating office equipment throughout the day
