Administrative Officer – Adelaide
6-month contract | Likely to extend
Location: Prominent Hill Site (4/3 roster)
Hours: 40 hrs/week initially, increasing to 50–60 hrs/week once on site


We’re seeking an Administrative Officer to provide high-quality administrative and documentation support at our Prominent Hill site. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Skills & Experience:


  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

  • Technical writing experience
