Administrative Officer – Adelaide
6-month contract | Likely to extend
Location:
Prominent Hill Site (4/3 roster)
Hours:
40 hrs/week initially, increasing to 50–60 hrs/week once on site
We’re seeking an Administrative Officer
to provide high-quality administrative and documentation support at our Prominent Hill site. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Technical writing experience
