Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer
to support the delivery of data-driven customer experience and personalisation initiatives within a dynamic digital environment. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, building, and optimising scalable data solutions across the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, enabling real-time customer engagement and advanced audience targeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines within AEP, including ingestion from multiple sources using APIs, streaming, and batch processing
- Configure and manage Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), including identity resolution and unified customer profiles
- Develop and manage XDM schemas, ensuring proper data modelling, governance, and compliance with privacy frameworks
- Implement audience segmentation and activation strategies to support personalised, real-time customer experiences
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Analytics, Target, and Journey Optimizer, as well as external systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, data, and integration issues to ensure high performance and reliability
Key Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including RTCDP and data ingestion frameworks
- Strong experience in building and managing data pipelines(API-based, streaming, and batch)
- Solid understanding of data modelling, XDM schemas, identity resolution, and profile unification
- Experience with audience segmentation, activation, and personalisation use cases
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations(e.g., Analytics, Target, Journey Optimizer)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Additional Information
- Contract role (initial 3 months)
- Hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days onsite)
- Standard 40-hour work week
