Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with experience supporting multiple parallel squads to join their team. The role drives delivery outcomes, enables team performance, and ensures work aligns to business priorities across initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Lead planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Ensure smooth delivery: manage risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Partner with Product Owners to translate business outcomes → features → user stories and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Track delivery progress, manage WIP, and maintain transparency for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, team collaboration, and value realisation.
- Support release planning, prioritisation, and alignment with broader program timelines.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Proven skills as a Scrum Master, Iteration Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Experience leading multiple digital delivery teams.
- Strong delivery leadership: planning, facilitation, tracking, and delivery governance.
- Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and team capacity.
