Are you an experienced AI Solution Architect, AI Engineer or Technical Delivery Lead looking for an opportunity to shape and deliver innovative AI solutions at scale?
We’re partnering with a large and complex organisation seeking an AI Solution Delivery Lead to provide technical leadership across the design, development and implementation of next-generation AI solutions.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll work at the intersection of AI, cloud, data and business transformation — turning business challenges into secure, scalable and practical AI solutions.
The Opportunity
As the AI Solution Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of the technical delivery of AI initiatives from proof of concept and pilot through to production.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, platform teams and developers to design and deliver AI applications, agents, copilots and automation solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions, agents and copilots.
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs.
- Developing proof of concepts, pilots and production-ready AI solutions.
- Working with technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
- Designing AI workflows, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge-grounding solutions.
- Building integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms and knowledge repositories.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring developers and solution builders.
- Establishing reusable patterns, standards, accelerators and best practices for AI delivery.
- Working closely with security, architecture and cloud teams to ensure solutions are secure, governed and production-ready.
- Supporting the transition of AI solutions into operational support.
About You
You’ll be a technically strong AI professional who can combine hands-on solution development with technical leadership.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience across:
- AI engineering and solution development
- Copilot Studio, Azure AI services and/or AWS Bedrock
- Generative AI, LLMs, agent development and prompt engineering
- RAG, vector stores and knowledge retrieval
- Solution and integration architecture
- APIs, enterprise systems and data platforms
- Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
- Technical leadership, mentoring and guiding delivery teams
- Security, governance and Responsible AI principles
You’ll be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have the ability to take an AI concept from idea to production-ready solution.
