Team Leader – Endpoint & Application Management (AO7)
A leading public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Endpoint & Application Management to lead a high-performing technical team delivering modern, secure, and user-focused workplace technology services.
In this role, you will oversee enterprise desktop environments, mobility solutions, identity and access management, and SaaS platforms, ensuring services are aligned with best practice and evolving business needs. You’ll play a key role in driving an “anywhere, any device” capability while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a specialist team delivering endpoint, messaging, and collaboration services
- Manage desktop environments, application packaging, patching, and mobility platforms
- Oversee identity and access management and endpoint security controls
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted technical advice
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern workplace technologies
About You:
- Strong experience with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows 11, O365, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments
- Solid understanding of cyber security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, Essential 8)
- Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow
- Proven leadership capability with a focus on team development and performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
