We are seeking a highly skilled API Tech Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of a major program. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing API solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of API solutions.

Attend requirement discussions with business stakeholders to finalize FSDs, interface documents, and technical specifications.

Collaborate with business teams to determine functional requirements for new services.

Work with Tech Leads and stakeholders for reviews, sign-offs, and approvals.

Document and communicate new changes within an Agile delivery structure.

Design and implement robust interfaces integrating diverse systems and technologies.

Translate business requirements into technical design and functional specifications.

Participate in workshops, reviews, and consulting engagements with internal and external stakeholders.

Support the development team with API design, reviews, and coding standards.

Mentor and guide junior consultants in delivery engagements.
Required Experience & Skills
Technical Skills
-
Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Framework 5.x, Spring Boot 2.x.

Strong knowledge of JUnit 5, Mockito, and logging frameworks.

Hands-on experience with Postman and any major IDE (IntelliJ/Eclipse).

Experience in Infrastructure/DevOps design.

Working knowledge of Maven, Git, Splunk, Bamboo, Swagger, design patterns, and coding standards.

Proven track record in delivering API frameworks.
