About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Appian Lead Developer to join our team on a 4-month engagement. In this role, you will take ownership of the design, development, and implementation of complex Appian-based solutions while guiding a high-performing team through successful project delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key digital transformation initiative within a collaborative and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery using the Appian BPM suite

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals

• Guide and mentor development teams to ensure best practices and standards are maintained

• Drive integration initiatives with other enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services

• Manage and support application development throughout the software development lifecycle

Skills & Experience

✅ Minimum 7 years of hands-on Appian development experience
✅ Proven track record of leading complex Appian projects and teams
✅ Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, SAIL, Process Modeler, Appian Sites
✅ Experience integrating Appian with external systems (RESTful APIs, web services)
✅ Solid background in SQL and database management
✅ Familiarity with Appian RPA and AI capabilities
✅ Experienced in Agile delivery environments
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
