We are seeking an experienced Application Migration Planning SME to support a cloud application assessment and migration initiative within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support application discovery, migration assessment, and technical analysis activities
• Conduct infrastructure reviews, dependency mapping, and migration readiness assessments
• Gather and validate technical and business application data
• Support stakeholder workshops and contribute to assessment documentation
• Assist with migration planning activities using the 7R migration framework
• Produce assessment artefacts, reporting, and client-facing documentation
Key Skills & Experience:
• Experience in cloud consulting, application analysis, or infrastructure assessment roles
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and cloud migration concepts
• Experience with application discovery, dependency mapping, and technical documentation
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exposure to Azure Migrate, Azure CAF, or similar cloud migration tools highly regarded
• Experience in government or complex enterprise environments preferred
