Application Site Reliability Engineer - Baseline Security Clearance is required
Contract: 12 Months (Extension Potential)
Location: Melbourne or Canberra

We're seeking an experienced Application Site Reliability Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of enterprise applications and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with strong AWS and infrastructure support experience who enjoys automating operational processes and ensuring high system availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure configuration, installation, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and availability using infrastructure management tools.
• Automate provisioning, testing, and deployment activities.
• Perform system backups and data restoration when required.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and contribute to incident resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of system reliability and operational efficiency.

• AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, ELB, SQS)
• AWS CloudWatch
• IBM ACE
• IBM MQ
• Microsoft IIS
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux
• Windows Server
• Splunk
• AppDynamics (desirable)
• Terraform (desirable)

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS SysOps Administrator – Associate
• ITIL v4 Foundation
