Application Support Analyst (Intermediate – Integration)

📍 Location: Australia | 💼 12 months contracting rol with potential extensions| 💻 EAI / Integration Focus

We’re seeking an Application Support Analyst to ensure critical business applications run smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance. The role involves supporting production, test, and pre-production environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Integration / API-based production support

• IBM MQ, IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM WBI Message Broker

• Understanding of data integration, REST APIs, and configuration management

• (Preferred) AWS/Azure cloud experience, monitoring tools, automation scripting

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills

Requirements:

• Must be an Australian Citizen; security clearance desirable
