About the Role
As a Practice Officer supporting vulnerable clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering empathetic service and seamless care coordination.
vital role in:

Delivering front line customer service in person and over the phone.

Providing administrative and operational support to clinical staff.

Coordinating referrals, group programs, and well being workshops.

Supporting financial, office and property management functions.

Building strong relationships with clients, providers, and stakeholders.

Assisting with quality assurance, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in business operations and service delivery in health or government.

Strong administrative and communication skills.

The ability to engage respectfully with clients and stakeholders.
Mandatory requirements:

Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check.

Australian citizenship (as required under the Public Service Act 1999).
- Baseline security clearance.
