Architect / Senior Consultant – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

📍 Melbourne| Hybrid (50% on-site)
🕒 Initial 3-month contract| Extensions likely

We’re seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME to partner with Client Architecture and Business teams to define technical strategy, data models, integrations, governance, and scalability for CRM–Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Marketing Cloud integration architecture (CRM ↔ MC)

• Design scalable multi-BU / multi-brand / multi-region setups

• Lead API and middleware integrations (REST/SOAP, MC Connect, MuleSoft, Azure, Boomi)

• Define data ingestion, transformation, and outbound data flows

• Establish governance, data retention, compliance, and error-handling frameworks

• Create reusable patterns for journeys, triggers, events, and segmentation

Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years’ relevant experience

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture

• Deep understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and governance

• Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise solutions
