A large Australian organisation is seeking a Product Services Analyst to support the delivery of IT asset and end-user computing services across a national workforce.
This role is suited to someone who has exposure to IT asset management, procurement support, or IT operations, and is looking to grow their experience in a structured, enterprise environment. You will work under supervision as part of an established team and contribute to the day-to-day lifecycle management of IT hardware and software.
About the role
In this role, you will assist with the coordination and administration of IT assets used by staff, including laptops, peripherals, and software. You’ll help ensure assets are ordered, allocated, tracked, and retired accurately, and that records in ServiceNow remain up to date.
This is a hands-on, operational role, not a technical engineering or ServiceNow development position. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, working with systems and data, and supporting internal customers.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with IT asset lifecycle activities, including procurement support, allocation, and disposal coordination
- Maintain accurate asset and request records in ServiceNow
- Support end-user computing requests under guidance from senior team members
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support asset and product requests
- Help ensure data accuracy to support reporting and lifecycle tracking
- Contribute to documentation, procedures, and basic workflow updates
- Provide prompt, professional support to internal staff as part of a wider team
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Some exposure to IT asset management, IT support, or IT operations
- A basic understanding of end-user hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Familiarity with ServiceNow requests or similar IT service tools (advantageous, not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- A positive, collaborative approach to working in a team
ITIL knowledge or certification is helpful but not required.
Contract details
