Our client is looking for an experienced Asset Engineer to join their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Collect and maintain data for a number of asset registers including roads, drainage, buildings and open space.
• Maintenance of asset registers by updating all new assets including from new subdivisions.
• Maintenance of Technology One Asset Management System and other systems as required.
• Assist coordinator with quarter and annual reporting
• Assist with regular asset management operational needs.
• Preparation of reports, plans, specifications and estimates in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
• Assessment of engineering plans, computations and reports in accordance with relevant standards and codes.
• Assist with modelling to produce lifecycle costing and future works programs.
• Customer responses regarding asset related enquiries.
• Assist in providing input to the multi-year Capital Works Program.
• Assist in reporting
