Full Stack Developer
Senior full stack engineer, predominantly ReactJS focused, with additional capability to contribute on the back end Java (Spring Boot) stack. The candidate must be an independent, hands on front end expert with the ability to single handedly deliver all UI related work, adhering strictly to ANZ UI, coding, security, and accessibility standards.
The role requires strong ownership of the UI layer, including design, development, integration, testing, and production readiness.
The candidate is expected to learn and comply with ANZ coding and UI standards, and actively engage with multiple technical stakeholders such as code scanning, tooling, security, and review teams to obtain all necessary approvals prior to production deployment.
The engineer should be comfortable operating in a regulated enterprise environment, managing code quality, remediation of scan findings, and supporting production releases. 8-10+ years of strong hands on experience in front end development (ReactJS) is mandatory, with back end Java experience considered a strong advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in web development.
• Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or Node.js.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
