Budget Analyst:

• Initial 6 months contract
• Work experience within the public sector
• Based in Perth

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Budget Analyst to assist with budget and development process.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Assist with the budget and development process, SIMS.
• Analyst of internal Budget Centres allocations including making recommendations on additional funding requests.
• Reconciliation of works programs to analyse Budget v Actual v Forecasts v extrapolated actual.
• Ensure that internal budgeting systems are reconciled to State Treasury approvals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing support with the preparation of the consolidated annual and out-years programs, the development, monitoring and reporting.

Experience:

• Experience in Accounting and Account Reconciliations
• Proficient Excel ability
• A Diploma or Degree in Finance
• Skills in Flow Charting
