We’re seeking an experienced Functional Analyst, Data analyst, Business Analyst to play a key role in a complex business readiness program supporting a large-scale ERP implementation. This role will bridge the gap between business and technology, driving optimisation of corporate services and enabling successful transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis activities to identify, document, and articulate business needs and solutions
• Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and presentations to gather and validate requirements
• Analyse current processes and systems to define problem statements, solution objectives, and success measures
• Develop business cases and translate requirements into clear, value-driven outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support data-driven decision making
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Influence stakeholders and promote consistent governance and best practice processes

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills
• Proven experience delivering business and process improvements
• Experience supporting or working with complex systems and technology environments
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• High-level written skills with experience producing business cases and executive reports

Desirable:

• Experience in large transformation or ERP programs
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and business analysis frameworks (e.g. BABOK)
• Experience with SAP Signavio (BPMN)
• Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA)
