We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Business/Data Analyst to play a critical role in a large-scale transformation program within a highly regulated government environment. This program will replace a legacy case management system with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), modernising how services are delivered across justice and community operations.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project that directly supports citizens and frontline services, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and business readiness for go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Mapping & Migration – Define and validate data mapping specifications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness between legacy and target systems.

• Business Requirement Validation – Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – Develop and manage UAT plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria, coordinating activities across stakeholders to ensure system readiness.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Vendors, Solution Architects, SMEs, and data specialists to deliver integrated outcomes.

• Data Governance & Quality Assurance – Support implementation of data quality standards, validation procedures, and ongoing governance practices.

• Technical Support – Assist with troubleshooting data and system issues during migration and post-implementation.

About You

You bring a proven track record in system migration and implementation projects, with expertise in:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM/CMS platforms).

• Business requirement gathering, validation, and traceability.

• Data mapping, modelling, and transformation.

• Planning and executing UAT.

• Engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Business, Data Science, or related field.

• Experience in regulated industries such as legal, finance, or healthcare.

• Familiarity with data integration or middleware tools.
