About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Analyst
to support a newly established program within one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds. This program is part of a broader strategic uplift to align enterprise risk frameworks and systems with evolving APRA standards, including CPS 230 and CPS 234.
This role offers a chance to help define how the program operates from the ground up, working closely with risk, compliance, data, legal, and technology stakeholders. If you're a seasoned BA who thrives in complex regulatory environments and enjoys building structure out of ambiguity—this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst
in risk, compliance, or regulatory change
projects within financial services or super
- Deep understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, APRA standards (esp. CPS 230/234), and compliance processes
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets
for validation and insight (no coding required)
- Strong stakeholder engagement
and facilitation
skills across business and technical teams
- Skilled in producing high-quality documentation: business requirements, user stories, process flows
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Nice to Have
- Experience working with APRA CPS 230 or CPS 234
- Exposure to GRC tools or enterprise risk systems
- Background in superannuation, financial services, or insurance
