Essential Criteria:
- Must have hands-on experience managing the full life-cycle of digital projects (including website transformations and enterprise applications) via waterfall methodology, with specific, proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar enterprise CRM systems
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an IT/Digital Business Analyst, encompassing end-to-end analysis activities: requirements elicitation and documentation, business process mapping (including swim lane diagrams), development of business cases and RFPs, and supporting testing phases.
- A fact-based, analytical thinker with the ability to research complex information, weigh diverse inputs, and distill findings into measured, evidence-backed recommendations to guide project decisions in partnership with the Project Manager.
- Must be adept at liaising with technical and digital specialists, with sufficient knowledge to discuss topics spanning analytics (Google Analytics, user analytics), design (UX/CX, content modelling), development (front-end, CMS configuration, integrations), and marketing technology (CRM, digital forms, personalisation, SEO).
- Confidence in collaborating with specialists across multiple digital disciplines:
- Analytics & SEO: Google Analytics, user analytics, search engine optimisation.
- Design & Content: Customer/user experience (CX/UX), content modelling.
- Development & Platforms: Front-end development, back-end CMS configuration, CRM configuration, integrations, and digital forms development.
- Marketing Technology: Personalisation strategies.
- Functional knowledge of CRM, ERP, Vendor, and Finance management applications (MS Dynamics would be ideal).
- BABOK/ PRINCE2 or similar certification highly regarded.
Desirable Criteria:
- NSW Government governance experience (local or state).
- Digital agencies experience would be advantageous.
