BUSINESS ANALYST - FINANCE TRANSFORMATION
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a large and complex enterprise environment.
This role will focus on Finance business readiness, operational impacts and process transformation, supporting the successful delivery of a large scale ERP implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and document current and future state Finance processes
- Support operational readiness and business transformation activities
- Conduct change impact analysis across Finance functions
- Identify risks, dependencies and service delivery impacts
- Support go live planning, process validation and business readiness activities
- Engage with stakeholders across business and program teams
- Develop reporting, process documentation and assurance artefacts
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Strong Business Analysis experience across Finance operations or ERP transformation
- Experience with business process mapping using BPMN, Signavio or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting operational readiness, testing and business change activities
- Ability to work within large and complex enterprise environments
