We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, digital process improvement, and benefits realisation to help drive adoption and impact across a large and complex organisation.

About the Role

You’ll work across a high-profile ERP modernisation program supporting the Benefits and Digital Initiatives stream.
This role will lead initiatives to digitise manual processes, remove workarounds, and ensure users can access real-time, accurate, and integrated data.

The focus is on identifying pain points, designing digital solutions, and working with stakeholders to deliver tangible, measurable improvements in system use, efficiency, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, analysis, and delivery of digital initiatives to enhance ERP adoption and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with functional SMEs and technology teams to identify, design, and deliver process digitisation opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to define problem statements, prioritise opportunities, and develop business cases for digital solutions.
• Embed benefits measurement and continuous improvement tracking across new and existing processes.
• Act as the bridge between business operations and technology delivery, ensuring alignment between process, system, and user outcomes.
• Support change adoption by clearly articulating business value and helping teams transition from manual to digital workflows.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

Essential

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success leading digitisation and process improvement initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong analytical capability – able to quantify benefits, track outcomes, and identify data-driven improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and presenting findings to senior leaders.
• Experience documenting current and future states and translating requirements into actionable business and technical deliverables.
• Understanding of service delivery environments such as logistics, operations, workforce scheduling, or field services.

Desirable

• Experience in government or large enterprise transformation environments.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors, Signavio, or SAP Process Insights.
• Background in benefits realisation frameworks or value tracking methodologies.
• Exposure to consulting environments or multi-stakeholder delivery models.
