We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large government organisation, contributing to key initiatives in Information Management and digital collaboration platforms. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 and a passion for driving adoption of information management standards across a diverse stakeholder group.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse information, problems, and practices to define objectives and provide business-focused solutions.

• Drive awareness and adoption of Information Management (IM) standards across business units, influencing the implementation of platforms such as case management systems, electronic workflows, and records/document management systems.

• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and support solutions using Microsoft 365 and other IM platforms.

• Maintain cooperative working relationships across teams and contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and innovative workplace.

• Support decision-making and continuous improvement to help the organisation achieve strategic objectives.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ experience configuring and administering Microsoft 365 platforms(SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).

• Hands-on experience with document management systems(eDOCS preferred).

• Exposure to cloud-based records management platforms such as RecordPoint.

• In-depth knowledge of Information Management trends, standards, and practices, with expertise in content service platforms and collaboration tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work as part of a collaborative, innovative team in line with equity, diversity and inclusion values.
