We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the telecommunications or networks domain to join a high-performing team. You’ll bring business expertise, analytical excellence, and initiative to deliver outstanding outcomes for complex network and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document requirements.

Provide technical solutioning input across access and aggregation networks.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture and refine requirements.

Develop User Stories, manage requirement traceability, and support delivery within Agile sprint cycles.
-
Coach and guide other Business Analysts as they join the initiative.

Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
About You:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in enterprise-scale environments.

Strong background in telecom, network infrastructure, or related technology domains.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated initiative in solving business problems and shaping innovative solutions.

Experience working within Agile delivery models.
-
Degree qualification and a commitment to continuous learning.
