Technical Business Analyst (Infrastructure & Security)
Brisbane | Contract/Full-time
We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a large-scale Infrastructure & Security Modernisation program within a complex enterprise environment.
You’ll work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to translate business and technical needs into clear, actionable requirements—supporting the delivery of network, security, and observability uplift initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop business cases and support investment decisions
- Elicit and document functional & non-functional requirements
- Analyse current vs future state, risks, and dependencies
- Support solution design, testing, and transition to BAU
- Collaborate across infrastructure, security, and operations teams
Key experience:
- Strong background as a Technical BA in ICT infrastructure/security
- Experience with networks, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and cyber security
- Skilled in business case development and stakeholder engagement
- Experience in large, complex environments (public sector desirable)
