Business Analyst
Adelaide | Hybrid Working Model (2-3 Days in Office)
Initial 6-Month Contract | Likely Extensions
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise technology and business transformation projects within a large-scale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Review and map current and future state business processes
• Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Engineers, vendors, and stakeholders across the full project lifecycle
• Support delivery activities including testing, deployment, transition, and change activities
• Assist with process improvement and automation initiatives
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and solution discussions
• Occasional site travel required (monthly or once every 2 months)
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong Business Analysis experience across technology, infrastructure, or transformation projects
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and process mapping tools
• Exposure to automation initiatives and MS Power Automate highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Mining or industrial industry experience preferred
Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP and relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
