BUSINESS ANALYST - SAP S/4HANA Transformation
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major enterprise transformation program focused on SAP S/4HANA implementation within a large and complex QLD Government environment.
This role will sit within a business readiness and operational transformation team, helping to ensure process impacts, workforce readiness and operational risks are effectively managed throughout the ERP journey. This will be for an initial 6 months with WFH Flex & Market Rates with a high possibility of extension.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyse and document current and future state business processes
- Support business readiness activities across People Management functions including recruitment, payroll and learning systems
- Conduct change impact analysis and readiness assessments
- Identify operational risks, dependencies and service delivery impacts
- Support go live planning, scenario analysis and contingency readiness
- Engage with business, operational and program stakeholders across multiple teams
- Develop reporting, process documentation and assurance artefacts
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience working on large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Strong Business Analysis experience within HR, payroll or People Management domains
- Experience mapping business processes using BPMN, Signavio or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work within complex enterprise environments and fast paced programs
- Experience supporting operational readiness, testing and change activities highly regarded
