Business Analyst:
- Initial 6 months contract with chances of extension
- Work with a global client
- Experience with Enterprise Systems & Transformation Programs
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic technology and business transformation initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experience across any of the streams, including the end-of-life transition for Jira and Confluence, a Strategic Workforce Planning pilot using SuccessFactors, and a Commercial and Procurement systems program of work.
- Support the end-of-life planning and transition for Jira and Confluence, ensuring business impacts, migration requirements, risks, dependencies, and change considerations are clearly understood and managed.
- Contribute to the Strategic Workforce Planning pilot in SuccessFactors, working with HR and workforce planning stakeholders to define requirements, validate processes, and support implementation across a 12-month pilot.
- Assist with the Commercial and Procurement systems program of work by analysing procurement processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting system, data, and workflow changes.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts across the portfolio and support the development of practical mitigation strategies.
About you:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SuccessFactors, commercial/procurement platforms, system replacement, process improvement, or enterprise change programs will be highly regarded.
- Experience with Mining industry would be a plus.
