Business Analyst (Modelling) x2 - Baseline Clearance Required

Business Analyst (Modelling) required for a contract role through to December 2026, with strong extension potential.

Location: Melbourne or Canberra (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Requirement: Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business & technical requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and testers
  • Develop artefacts including process flows, data models, and specs
  • Support solution design and validate technical options
  • Assist with backlog refinement and Agile delivery
  • Support testing, UAT, and requirement traceability
  • Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of applications, integrations, APIs, and data flows
  • Agile delivery experience
  • Strong documentation and modelling capability
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
