We are seeking an experienced Business Architect – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to play a critical role in a large-scale ERP transformation program within a complex, service-driven environment.
This role will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring end-to-end processes are aligned to best practice, optimised for performance, and support long-term organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process reviews to drive standardisation, integration, and service excellence
- Develop and apply business architecture artefacts to guide decision-making
- Provide expert advice on performance measures and process optimisation
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across all levels
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using industry best practices
- Support delivery across multi-phase transformation and ERP implementation
About You
- Strong experience in Business Architecture and BPM (BPMN, Signavio, Blueworks or similar)
- Proven background in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Experience working on large-scale ERP or transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to operate across complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Desirable
- Experience in government or large, asset-intensive organisations
- Familiarity with SAP methodologies (e.g., Activate)
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA)
