The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of new business generation, pipeline strategy and deal conversion, supported by a strong product suite, established brand and national team.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across your assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan
- Build, manage and convert a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Lead discovery conversations, solution presentations and commercial negotiations
- Engage senior decision makers and position value based solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and strong CRM discipline
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and long term client success
Profile
- Proven experience in B2B business development or new business sales
- Strong track record of revenue generation and quota achievement
- Brings the right attitude, commercial drive and determination to win new business
- Commercially driven with a disciplined, structured approach to pipeline management
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Resilient, self directed and comfortable owning a territory
- Experience in SaaS, technology, fleet, logistics or subscription based solutions highly regarded
