The Opportunity:

You will be responsible for generating new business, building pipeline and converting opportunities, backed by a strong product, credible brand and supportive national team.
With uncapped commission and clear growth pathways, this role offers genuine career acceleration for ambitious sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
- Run discovery meetings, product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Develop relationships with key decision makers
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new logo deals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success
Who This Suits:
- 1 to 4 years experience in B2B sales or business development
- High energy, resilient and genuinely motivated by commission and client success
- Strong hunting mentality with the confidence to open doors
- Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing a territory
- Experience in SaaS, technology, fleet or logistics is advantageous but not essential
