Are you an experienced Change Analyst with a strong background in finance processes and ERP transformation? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the successful implementation of a new SAP Finance solution as part of a major modernisation program.
This role will play a critical part in driving business readiness and adoption for key financial functions, including treasury, general ledger, budget planning, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you will work closely with the Finance Project Managers and Business Readiness Lead to deliver change management activities aligned with the ERP program objectives. You will help assess impacts, engage stakeholders, coordinate training, and ensure organisational readiness for go-live and beyond.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

5+ years’ experience in change management or business transformation within large organisations.

Exposure to finance system implementations(SAP or SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable).

Strong understanding of financial processes such as treasury, general ledger, budget planning, accounts payable and receivable.

Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s Change Model.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:

Experience in government or large enterprise ERP programs.

Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and HR/Finance data management best practices.
