Change Analyst – Large HCMS Program
Daily Rate: $668.81 + $80.26 superannuation (approx. $749.07 total per day)
Location: Brisbane CBD (hybrid flexibility – no interstate applicants unless relocating)
Contract: 06 October 2025 – 15 May 2026 (high chance of extension)
About the role
Step into a high-impact Change Analyst role on a large-scale transformation program that’s reshaping how people work across the organisation. This is your chance to be right in the middle of an enterprise program where your skills in engagement, analysis, and communication will directly influence success.
You’ll be supporting program delivery end to end from analysing change impacts and readiness, through to driving stakeholder engagement and supporting smooth adoption of new systems and ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct change impact analysis and readiness assessments
- Map stakeholders and support detailed change planning
- Deliver clear and engaging communications
- Support the design and rollout of training sessions
- Facilitate workshops and focus groups to capture user insights
- Track change outcomes and adjust strategies where needed
- Provide ongoing end-user support post-implementation
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in change management on ICT programs/projects
- Familiarity with structured change frameworks and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in dynamic environments
- Experience with HCMS or HR/payroll systems (advantageous, not essential)
