Change Analyst (Finance) – ERP Transformation Program
Location: Brisbane | Contract: Initial term with possible extensions
We’re seeking a highly skilled Change Analyst (Finance) to play a pivotal role in a major SAP S/4HANA implementation within a large-scale ERP transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive organisational change, improve business processes, and support the adoption of a modern, cloud-based ERP platform.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Readiness Lead (Finance), you will support the execution of the finance change management strategy, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, business units are prepared, and employees have the tools and training needed for a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in delivering the finance change management plan, aligned with ERP transformation goals.

Conduct change impact assessments to identify role and process impacts.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.

Support development of training programs, scheduling, and completion tracking.

Assist with business readiness assessments to ensure teams are prepared for go-live.

Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.

Prepare change reports and maintain communication materials for leadership.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years experience in change management, finance transformation, or business process change within large-scale projects.

Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model, or similar frameworks.

Experience with Finance and Budgeting system implementations(preferably SAP S/4HANA).

Familiarity with finance processes such as Period End Close, Reporting, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
Desirable:

Government or large enterprise experience.

Background in finance policy, budgeting, or treasury activities.

Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
