Change Analyst – Investment Transformation Program

6-Month Contract | Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne | ASAP Start

Join a large, purpose-driven financial services organisation delivering a high-profile transformation across its Investments portfolio.

A new Portfolio Management System (PMS) is being implemented, and we are looking for a Change Analyst to support the program as it moves into a critical adoption and business readiness phase.

This is a hands-on role working under an experienced Change Manager, focused on execution and delivery of change activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support stakeholder engagement across front, middle, and back office teams

• Contribute to change impact assessments and business readiness activities

• Assist in developing and delivering change communications

• Support training needs analysis and coordination of training activities

• Work closely with the Change Manager to ensure smooth delivery of day-to-day change activities

Environment / Program Context

You’ll be working across the investment lifecycle, including:

• Front Office – Portfolio Management, Trading, Order Management

• Middle Office – Risk, Compliance, Performance

• Back Office – Settlements, Reconciliations, Fund Accounting

What We’re Looking For

• ~3+ years’ experience in a Change Analyst role

• Proven experience supporting:

  • Stakeholder engagement

  • Change impact assessments

  • Communications

  • Training activities

• Experience in financial services or investment environments(preferred)

• Exposure to system implementation programs(PMS experience highly regarded)

• Familiarity with platforms like Aladdin, PControl, Matrix, or State Street is a plus

• Comfortable working in a delivery-focused, support role
