CHANGE ANALYST
We are currently seeking a Change Analyst to support the OCM Lead across several AI initiatives within a fast paced Supply division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational change experience who is looking to further develop their capability within a structured transformation environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands on position where you will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of change management activities across multiple workstreams:
- Supporting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Drafting and coordinating clear, audience appropriate communications including emails, intranet updates and FAQs
- Assisting with change readiness activities such as surveys, feedback collection and sentiment tracking
- Maintaining change documentation, trackers and reporting
- Supporting the coordination of training sessions, engagement workshops and stakeholder forums
- Assisting with adoption monitoring and post go live support activities
- Contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
ABOUT YOU
- One to two years experience in change management, communications or business analysis
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Confidence working with survey data, adoption metrics and preparing simple reports
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exposure to technology or transformation programs preferred
- Familiarity with change frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci will be highly regarded
