Change & Communication Manager – Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Change & Communication Manager to lead stakeholder engagement and communication activities for a major digital transformation initiative in the childhood services sector. This role will play a critical part in supporting the design, implementation, and adoption of a new digital platform, ensuring smooth transitions and effective uptake across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive change management and communication plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Establish and lead sector reference groups to ensure collaborative input from early childhood services.
- Design and support end-user training programs to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government representatives, service providers, and technology vendors.
- Create and implement clear, targeted communication strategies to keep all parties informed and engaged.
- Identify, engage, and coordinate with the internal Management System providers to support integration and data-sharing requirements.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary to maintain project momentum.
About You
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in stakeholder management and change implementation for large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills with the ability to guide diverse groups toward a shared goal.
- Experience in government and/or the early childhood or education sector highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of secure data collection and management principles.
- Proactive, self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
