Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full change management process across all teams and suppliers.
  • Make sure all changes follow standard policies, procedures, and timelines.
  • Run regular Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB meetings.
  • Help make decisions on high-risk or urgent changes, keeping business priorities in mind.
  • Review complex or high-risk changes to make sure they’re ready and safe.
  • Work with stakeholders to check change plans and backup strategies.
  • Track change success, trends, and compliance across vendors.
  • Suggest improvements, automation, and ways to make services better.

Skills

  • Experience as a Change Manager or ITSM Consultant, ideally in government, utilities, or healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and change management processes.
  • Skilled at working with different teams, improving processes, and making lasting changes.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, able to influence senior leaders.
