Change Manager
📍 Location: Anywhere in Australia (Hybrid work model)
📅 Contract: Until end of February 2026 (extensions likely)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and deliver transformational change initiatives across a large and complex organisation. You’ll be responsible for shaping the change strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the overall change strategy and plan.

• Track, monitor, and report on the progress of change initiatives.

• Develop and implement training and knowledge transfer programs in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to support change management activities.

• Support documentation development including processes, procedures, and work instructions.

• Coach leaders, managers, and change agents to drive adoption and engagement.

• Manage communications, stakeholder engagement, and education plans.

• Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful change delivery.

• Guide and coach project teams to embed change effectively across the organisation.

Skills & Experience

• 12+ years’ experience in Change Management.

• Strong background in communications, engagement, and written content.

• Mining or utilities industry experience preferred.

• Knowledge of HR processes is an advantage.

• Proficient with change management tools and methodologies.

• Proven success supporting large-scale change within major organisations.

• Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.

• Relevant certifications(e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) highly regarded.
