Change Manager

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and deliver transformational change initiatives across a large and complex organisation. You’ll be responsible for shaping the change strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of the overall change strategy and plan.

Track, monitor, and report on the progress of change initiatives.

Develop and implement training and knowledge transfer programs in collaboration with stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to support change management activities.

Support documentation development including processes, procedures, and work instructions.

Coach leaders, managers, and change agents to drive adoption and engagement.
-
Manage communications, stakeholder engagement, and education plans.

Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to successful change delivery.

Guide and coach project teams to embed change effectively across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
-
12+ years’ experience in Change Management.

Strong background in communications, engagement, and written content.
-
Mining or utilities industry experience preferred.
-
Knowledge of HR processes is an advantage.

Proficient with change management tools and methodologies.

Proven success supporting large-scale change within major organisations.

Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Relevant certifications(e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) highly regarded.
