ℹ️ Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption to facilitate the successful project change outcomes.

Mandatory expertise needed:
✅Strong commercial experience designing, developing and implementing an education, training and ongoing support strategy and planning to embed the desired change, ensuring appropriate support is provided after the project is successfully implemented.
✅Experience working within the Utilities sector (Energy and/or Water) would be highly regarded.
