As the Change Manager you will build adoption programs and corporate communications for staff that will use Microsoft Power Apps. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot a plus.
Responsibilities/tasks:
- Involves collaboration with employees at various levels across different functions within the organisation, including Line of Business (LOB) and IT employees.
- Ability to identify stakeholder pain points, contextualise information appropriately, and translate new products or solutions into business opportunities.
- Rapidly apply new approaches in response to changing circumstances.
- Be able to pivot and change based on the requirements of the stakeholders at a given point in the project
- Through the solid understanding of methodologies, frameworks, and best practices; enable, empower and encourage employees to embrace the change
- Continuously striving towards new and improved ways to tackle change management effectively
- Proactively build plans to mitigate employee resistance
- Must be able to draw on resources and be able to strategically find ways to implement them into their current/future strategies
