We're seeking a Senior Change & Training Lead to drive organisational change and training strategies that enable successful adoption of new systems across diverse, geographically dispersed healthcare services.

Your Role

Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of change management and training initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system-wide transformation that improves outcomes across the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-level change, engagement, and training strategies.

• Lead delivery of change and training frameworks, tools, and plans.

• Manage a team of change, communications, and training support staff.

• Engage stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.

• Evaluate change impact and training effectiveness, reporting on outcomes.

• Develop innovative, accessible training and communication resources.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in change management, training, and communication on large, complex IT system implementations.

• Proven success in leading change programs across dispersed teams.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience translating strategy into operational success with measurable outcomes.

• Analytical mindset with high problem-solving and reporting capability.

Desirable

• Experience in large-scale ICT/business transformation in healthcare or public sector.

• Prosci or equivalent certification in Change Management.

• Qualifications in training, healthcare, or project delivery.
