Cloud Application Architect & Migration SME

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Application Architect & Migration SME to support a large-scale cloud application assessment and migration initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead application discovery and migration assessment activities across complex enterprise environments
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and engage with application owners to gather technical and business requirements
• Assess applications using the 7R migration framework and provide migration recommendations
• Deliver high-level migration readiness assessments, dependency analysis, and wave planning
• Produce consolidated application inventories and client-ready assessment artefacts
• Provide technical guidance across the engagement and manage key stakeholder relationships
Key Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience in Cloud Architecture and Cloud Migration consulting
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and Azure migration frameworks/tools
• Experience conducting application portfolio assessments and migration planning
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working within government or complex enterprise environments highly regarded
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zones, Azure CAF, dependency mapping, and migration readiness frameworks preferred
This is a fully remote contract opportunity with immediate start preferred.
