We are currently seeking multiple experienced Infrastructure professionals to support a large-scale, enterprise environment across operations and engineering. These opportunities span Infrastructure Platform, IAM, and Network domains, and while aligned under a common program, each role focuses on a distinct technical specialisation.
This is a hands-on, operationally focused engagement within a complex environment, ideal for professionals who can own issues end-to-end, contribute to engineering outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
Roles on Offer
Infrastructure Platform Engineers (2 roles)
Focused on cloud and core infrastructure platforms, including compute, storage, and virtualisation.
Key Technologies:
- Azure Cloud & Azure Virtual Desktop
- AWS Cloud
- VMware
- NetApp & CommVault
- Global Secure Access
- Cisco HyperFlex / High-Performance Computing
Infrastructure IAM Specialists (2 roles)
Focused on identity, access management, and enterprise security models.
Key Technologies:
- Azure Entra ID & Microsoft Active Directory
- Enterprise Access Models
- Group Policy (GPO)
- Intune
- PKI & RBAC
Infrastructure Network Engineers (2 roles)
Focused on enterprise networking, connectivity, and security across complex environments.
Key Technologies:
- WAN / LAN / Network Security / DMZ
- SD-WAN, SR-MPLS, DWDM, VRF
- IPSEC, Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
- Illumio, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Cisco AnyConnect
- CCNP required, CCIE highly regarded
Core Responsibilities For All Roles
- Provide end-to-end operational support from triage through to documentation
- Perform day-to-day operations, including monitoring, maintenance, incident and problem management
- Support major incidents and contribute to resolution under pressure
- Develop and execute change plans with strong rollback strategies
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
- Drive continuous improvement and automation across operational processes
- Stabilise newly transitioned environments post project handover
- Collaborate across technical teams and stakeholders in a large enterprise setting
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on technical experience in one of the above domains
- Proven experience in large enterprise operational environments
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Ability to work under pressure, think critically, and communicate clearly
- Strong documentation and process development capability
- Willingness to participate in on-call / after-hours support
