Communications Officer:

• Initial 9 months contract with chances of extension
• Photography/ filming and premiere pro experience would be great
• Based in Perth

About the Role:

Our reputed client is looking for Tech savvy who supports the delivery of quality communications and engagement activities to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supports the development and delivery of internal communications strategies for staff that meet overarching business objectives.
• Supports the development of high quality communications for CEO and Executive including speech notes and presentations
• Digital content creation, including video and photography
• Written content for internal communications
• Develops effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs and provides effective communications support and advice.
• Develops communications across a variety of internal channels, including print, online and digital, adhering to the organisation’s tone of voice guidelines.
• Provides event management planning and support for internal events including all staff meetings and lunch’n’learns.
• Develops short videos and provides photography support.

Experience:

• Premiere pro experience would be great. Mailchimp/ PowerPoints/ Canva.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and editing high quality content for a range of communication channels including written, video and digital.
• Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to prepare and develop a range of communications materials including newsletters, bespoke eDMS, video scripts and speech notes for internal audiences.
