Communications Specialist
📍 Melbourne | ⏳ 6-Month Contract (Likely to Extend)

Our client is looking for a Communications Specialist to join the team in Melbourne on a 6-month contract with potential to extend. This role will focus on delivering clear, engaging, and effective communications while working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and deliver business engagement strategies and governance frameworks.

• Write and design communications including emails, articles, and leadership updates.

• Support workshops and facilitate group discussions.

• Work with senior leaders to plan and deliver communications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Assess and coordinate communication channels.

• Bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to communication.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience in communications or stakeholder engagement.

• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences.

• Confident working with senior stakeholders.

• Creative thinker who can deliver practical solutions.

• Comfortable running workshops and engaging groups.
