We are seeking Communications Specialists to support the development and delivery of clear, engaging communication and engagement initiatives within a large, complex organisation. This role focuses on translating strategy and change initiatives into practical, audience-friendly communications.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development of communication and engagement strategies and plans

Create written communication materials including emails, intranet content, newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and talking points

Translate complex or technical information into clear, concise messaging

Work with stakeholders to gather input and align messaging across initiatives

Manage communication schedules, timelines, and delivery milestones
-
Monitor engagement and feedback to support continuous improvement
-
Ensure communications align with brand, tone, and style guidelines
-
Support change-related communications to drive understanding and adoption
-
Contribute to improving communication tools, channels, and processes
About You

Proven experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Experience developing internal communications for diverse audiences

Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

High attention to detail and quality

Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
-
Experience with internal communication platforms or CMS tools is advantageous
