CREDIT MANAGEMENT RECEIPTING OFFICER
Part Time Contract Opportunity | 2 Days Per Week | Immediate Start | Sunshine Coast
Join a supportive finance team in a hands on receipting role focused on processing direct debits, banking files, and financial transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and finance experience looking for part time hours.
THE ROLE
- Process direct debit transactions and banking files accurately and efficiently
- Complete receipting and financial administration activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile transactions
- Assist with day to day credit management and finance support tasks
- Ensure all work is completed in line with organisational policies and procedures
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience in receipting, accounts administration, banking, or finance support
- Experience working with direct debits and banking files
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Good computer skills and the ability to work with financial systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
WHATS ON OFFER
- Part time contract opportunity
- $38.05 per hour plus Super
- 2 days per week, 6 hours per day (30 minute unpaid lunch break)
